Age of Consent

By browsing our Dungeon and ordering from Whipsmaid, you are confirming that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase any of our items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Prices of our products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Product Specification

We do our very best to ensure all product descriptions are as accurate as possible and photos show a true likeness although settings on your computer screen may differ very slightly to the actual photo taken due to the professional lighting. All sizes are approximate and the items in our shop are standard sizes, if you would like any item making slightly different in any way please contact us, as this is normally possible. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or alter any product without notice. This is mainly due to improvements or alterations that may occur.

Wooden Products

Our wooden products are hand crafted in our workshops from selected reclaimed timber. All our solid wooden products have a good solid feel, which derives from the dense nature of old seasoned reclaimed timber, and the smooth finish of the product. The products are polished with a clear wax, which has a pleasant feel and can be easily re-polished if marked after persistent use. Other finishes can be applied upon request, different shapes and sizes can also be made.

Payments

Payment is accepted by all major credit and debit cards through PAYPAL (you do not need an account), by cheque or postal order. Credit and debit card payments will show as "WM Group" on your statement.

When you place your order online the process of your order starts immediately. We have stock of most of our range and we aim to deliver within a week, but please allow up to 2 weeks to avoid any disappointment, or alternatively before you buy online you can contact us and check on the availability of the product.

Deliveries are made normally by Royal Mail and will be via 1st class, 2nd class or parcel post (This is due to the stupid rules for posting items of different sizes) for a UK postal address. Larger items will be sent by courier service. Please note that once Royal Mail has the goods Whipsmaid have no control over the time it will take the goods to be delivered.

For orders outside the UK, please contact us for postage cost before placing your order.

All our items are very durable against reasonable wear and are made from good quality materials.

Postage

The cost of postage to the UK (only) by Royal Mail, is as follows:-

Orders under £10 = £1.50 p&p

Orders between £10 - £24.99 = £2.50 p&p

Orders between £25 - £74.99 = £3.75 p&p

Orders between £75 - £149.99 = £5.00 p&p

Orders over £150 = Free p&p

Returns

Should you wish to return an item the following must be adhered to:

1) Products should be returned within 14 days of being received.
2) The product must not have been used.
3) The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
4) Whipsmaid will replace a faulty item with an identical replacement whenever possible (at the discretion of the management)

Most items in a new and unused condition can be returned, however there are restrictions on the following.

These items can be refunded if faulty at the discretion of Whipsmaid, faulty items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
